Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant / LSA to join our team at a school in Swansea. As a Learning Support Assistant / LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students across all Key Stages, helping them to develop their academic, emotional, social, and behavioral skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their learning and development, providing individualized attention and care.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, helping to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Experience working with students of all key stages.
  • Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent desirable.
