Job Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Supported Living to join our team at Triad Care Limited. As a Team Leader Supported Living, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver person-centered care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and well-being of service users
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided

**What We Offer**

**Competitive Salary**: £25,688 - £34,320 (£16.50 per hour) dependent on experience

**Welcome Bonus**: £1,000, paid in two installments after successful completion of probation and 9 months

**No Sleep-In Requirements**: We understand the importance of work-life balance and do not require our Team Leaders to work sleep-ins

**Full-Time Hours**: We offer a full-time contract with a regular schedule
