Due to continued success, our highly successful client in the Derry/L'Derry area is keen to appoint an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator. This is a new, permanent HR administration job.
About the RoleThe successful HR & Recruitment Coordinator will provide a full range of administrative support services to the HR team, supporting the full employee life cycle. Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, the successful HR & Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, absence, onboarding, learning & development and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Admin support in all areas across the full employee life cycle – absence management, recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations etc.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for recruitment agencies.
- Update HR metrics on the tracker and ensure data accuracy and reports.
- Manage the time and attendance system, processing annual leave, new starts, leavers, agency workers etc.
- Provide reports on absence, headcount and holidays.
- Prepare shift rotas and holiday schedules.
- Promote and support health and wellbeing initiatives and assist with events as required.
- Lead or participate in HR projects.
- GCSE English and Maths.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a HR Administrator role.
- 1-2 years recruitment experience.
- Excellent experience of record maintenance with knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
