Packaging Shift Lead Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Shift Lead to join our operations team at DP World. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our packaging processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of warehouse staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects
* Develop and implement Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer
* Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
* Maintain accurate records of training completed and training to be conducted
* Provide comprehensive reporting of all KPIs and SLAs performance visually and verbally
* Evidence in leading a team or supervising staff on shifts
* Strong IT knowledge (Excel, WMS, SAP etc.)

**Requirements**

* Experience in a Tier 1 operation is beneficial (JIT, Sequencing, Packing, Delivery)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
