Programme Overview

Our Industrial Placement programme offers a 12-month opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Pensions Administration. You'll work closely with our experienced teams to manage pension schemes, provide customer service, and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills. This programme is an excellent way to build your professional network, narrow down your career aspirations, and potentially secure a full-time job offer after graduation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculating member benefits and producing reports
  • Providing first-line call support and prioritizing work to meet client Service Level Agreements
  • Processing member and scheme events, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legislative rules
  • Assisting members with their queries and delivering a first-class service
  • Participating in administration-specific reports and projects
