### Programme Overview

Our Industrial Placement programme in Pensions Administration offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a member of our support team, you'll provide first-class customer service to pension scheme members, manage day-to-day activities, and contribute to reports and ad-hoc projects.

### Key Responsibilities

* Calculate member benefits and produce reports based on set templates
* Provide first-line call support and assist members with their queries
* Prioritize work to ensure delivery in accordance with client Service Level Agreements
* Process member and scheme events within targets, ensuring compliance with internal standards and scheme and legislative rules

### What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and motivation to provide an excellent customer service. You'll also need to be a great team worker, able to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
