Programme Overview

Our Industrial Placement programme in Pensions Administration offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative organisation. As a placement student, you'll work closely with our experienced teams to manage pension schemes effectively, develop analytical and problem-solving skills, and build valuable expertise in technical pensions knowledge and effective workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing first-class customer service to pension scheme members
  • Managing day-to-day activities across allocated client portfolios
  • Delivering reports and ad-hoc projects
  • Calculating member benefits and producing letters, emails, and reports
  • Assisting members with queries and ensuring compliance with internal standards and scheme and legislative rules
