Customer Experience Coordinator

The Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at rag & bone. As a key member of the store management team, this individual will be responsible for leading by example, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide best-in-class customer service techniques, clienteling standards, and sales interactions to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every customer.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed store and metric goals, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Contribute to the achievement of low inventory shrink and inventory accuracy by ensuring consistent execution of all inventory touch points.
- Point of Sale Transactions: Accurately process Point of Sale transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Brand Ambassador: Embody the rag & bone brand philosophy and lifestyle, promoting a culture of authenticity, innovation, and excellence.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or fashion) preferred.
