About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fulfilment Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns
