We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Coventry store to success. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas and sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory, stock control, and cash handling
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of coffee and customer service
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
