About the Role

ADI Global is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team based in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our Supply & Demand Planning Team and providing strategic direction to ensure the effective management of inventory from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to the Supply & Demand Planning Team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory from suppliers to customers, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and within target boundaries.
  • Integrated Business Planning: Adopt and implement Integrated Business Planning processes, aligning inventory forecasts with multiple stakeholders and driving improvements in key performance metrics.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm delivery dates to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, direct, and support ongoing and new planning technology initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in managing a Demand planning or Supply planning team or similar supply chain leadership role.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to collaborate across functional leadership teams.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work on own initiative, and strong problem-solving skills.
