Job Title: Intermediary Telephony Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediary Telephony Sales Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets through effective relationship-building and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including packager partners and intermediaries.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze broker performance and opportunities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven business-to-business sales experience within the mortgage and lending industry.
  • Strong understanding of the packager model and club networks.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
