Working Hours:
This role operates Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and account representatives to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Actively identify and communicate potential sales leads to Branches and Account Managers.
- Provide online assistance for self-managed clients.
- Ensure accurate stock counts and relay precise data to the central team for invoicing and restocking purposes.
- Maintain high professional standards in the organization of inventory and locations within client sites.
- Verify replenishment stock levels to ensure correctness.
- Adhere to vehicle maintenance protocols and uphold the visual standards of the company vehicle.
- Develop and sustain a procedural manual that outlines specific customer requirements and processes.
- Monitor stock reports and proactively suggest actions to Account Managers and the central team regarding obsolete, slow-moving, overstocked, or exit products.
- Guarantee that outstanding customer service is provided during the absence of colleagues.
Essential Qualifications:
- Knowledge of supply chain operations.
- A valid clean driving license.
Role Dynamics:
- Support may be required across multiple locations based on client needs.
