Finance Assistant

Join our team at Social Care 2 Recruit and take on a challenging role as a Finance Assistant. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support with financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the finance team with financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial stability
  • Liaise with family and staff to resolve financial queries and issues
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
