We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Assistant to join our team at Social Care 2 Recruit. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various tasks, including:

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Budgeting: Analyzing and managing budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing cost-control measures.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Communication: Liaising with family members, staff, and other stakeholders to provide financial support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new software.
  • Financial Knowledge: Knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
