Caretaker Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment (London) Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our estate, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to residents, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain the common areas and reception spaces.
  • Manage incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to residents.
  • Oversee the security and upkeep of the estate, reporting any issues or concerns to the management team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other office duties.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to implement operational protocols and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
  • Support the team in monitoring workmen and supervising their activities to minimize disruption to residents.
