About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-driven Sales professional to join our Regional Accounts team as a Regional Key Account Manager. As part of our outbound Sales team, you will be responsible for owning the front-end Commercial performance of assigned territories/accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build win-win value propositions and create business opportunities by building close relationships with customers, understanding customer strategies/priorities, and anticipating customer needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Applications team to develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Global Product Manager and Business Development teams.
  • Capture and share market intel ('voice of customer', competitive landscape, trends) to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Key Account management, Sales, or similar roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High availability to travel.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a technical degree with relevant experience in sales of complex technical products and solutions.
