- Develop an understanding of food costing, sales mix, and menu planning.
- Adhere to company hygiene, health, and safety policies.
- Follow established cleaning schedules rigorously.
- Maintain food storage areas in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Take initiative for personal development with guidance from the Sous Chef or Head Chef and participate in training opportunities.
