Conveyancing Lawyer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of properties, re-mortgages, and other related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of residential conveyancing cases, including sales and purchases of properties, re-mortgages, and other related transactions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on conveyancing matters.
• Collaborate with other teams, including property law and litigation, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
