Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our conveyancing team, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse range of residential conveyancing cases, including sales and purchases of residential properties, re-mortgages, and property investments and lettings.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on residential conveyancing matters.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless case progression and excellent client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice to ensure compliance and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Either a qualified solicitor or legal executive, or an unqualified and part-qualified fee earner with at least two years of residential conveyancing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
