Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
  • Sales and purchases of residential properties across the UK
  • Re-mortgages
  • Residential property investments and lettings
  • New homes
  • Matrimonial transfers
  • Probate sales
  • Shared and joint ownership
  • Help to Buy
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case progression
• Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• At least two years of residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
