About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading food service company, CH&CO, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of site managers and chefs to ensure exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Food Development team to create innovative and seasonal menus that meet client and customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
