Job Title: GRC Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Analyst to join our Technology team at Primark. As a GRC Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of our yearly assurance activities and technology risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out yearly controls testing and document the results.
- Own the administration of the GRC solution.
- Triage new risks raised by the technology teams.
- Support technology teams in defining remediation plans.
- Assess current risks and control failings, identifying opportunities to remediate.
- Analyse large data sets looking for trends and report on those trends and possible follow-up activities.
- Track open audit points and remediation plans to ensure their timely completion and closure.
- Manage the evidence gathering process for external audit.
- Support the creation of risk and controls training materials.
- Collect and collate data for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Experience in audit roles welcomed.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good understanding of the use of technology within an organisation.
- Curiosity for technology and GRC practices and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage time effectively to ensure consistent execution of time-sensitive deliverables.
- Strong team values, recognises the value of a positive team environment and contributes to the creation of this.
