Maclean Moore Consulting is collaborating with a distinguished global consultancy seeking a Lead Platform Analyst specializing in ServiceNow GRC / IRM for an exciting long-term engagement.


Position:
Lead Platform Analyst & Product Owner (ServiceNow IRM / GRC)

Compensation:
Up to £500 per day (inside IR35)

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (3 days per week)

Contract Duration:
Initial 6 months with potential for extension

Role Overview:


As a Lead Platform Analyst & Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in the greenfield implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) by engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will encompass ideation, feasibility assessments, roadmap formulation, project initiation, design, requirements gathering, user story development, backlog management, testing, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of applications. You will also prioritize continuous improvement to guarantee optimal quality and performance levels.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business strategies, processes, services, and the operational context, assisting them in enhancing efficiency and ensuring quality delivery of critical solutions/features to meet expectations.
  • Contribute to and evaluate program vision, roadmap, business value assessments, and content presentations.
  • Support the intake of business requirements and collaborate on solution design with Solution Architects, Platform Analysts, Project Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare for and participate in release planning, contribute to program increment planning, refine program backlogs, and prioritize portfolio backlogs to synthesize into team backlogs, drafting specific objectives for program increments.
  • Envision integrated solutions across core systems/platforms to facilitate seamless data flow and process orchestration.
  • Work alongside Platform Solution Managers, DevSecOps Managers, and domain leads to support solution planning and other Agile phases.
  • Facilitate inter-team dependencies during iterations and promptly escalate issues affecting product delivery and quality beyond your influence.
  • Ensure Software Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory aspects of the solution are met.
  • Look beyond the current scope of work to propose innovative IT business propositions to stakeholders and recommend advancements to platform providers.

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow developments/implementations.
  • Strong exposure to IRM (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change Management, Audit Management, etc.).
  • Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements for business needs.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow best practices, configuration, and customization to enhance platform performance and usability.
  • Proficiency in Lean-Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Capability to collaborate with businesses and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
