Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Learning Partner to join our team at Senploy. As a Supportive Learning Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a inclusive and welcoming educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to students with ASD, helping them engage with their learning and develop essential social and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to create a nurturing environment that fosters a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Assist in the development of tailored learning strategies to meet the individual needs of students with ASD.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
  • Support the development of social and communication skills in students with ASD.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting children with ASD or in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, offering patient and empathetic support.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to assisting in the learning process.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
