Surgical Theatre Specialist - Scrub Role in a Private Healthcare Facility

About Us:
We are a prominent private healthcare facility seeking a proficient and committed Surgical Theatre Specialist with expertise in scrub roles to become part of our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in scrubbing for various surgical interventions
  • Supporting the surgical team throughout procedures
  • Preparing and ensuring the availability of surgical instruments
  • Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Monitoring and assessing surgical practices for quality assurance
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner qualification
  • Extensive experience in scrub roles within surgical settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of surgical procedures and protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
