Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join our team at Triumph. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls and correspondence, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring that all messages are responded to promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
