About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our ECC team as a Project Support Officer. This role will provide critical support to our patient communication systems, ensuring seamless interactions between patients, clinicians, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Netcall Patient Communication System, including text messaging, questionnaires, surveys, and call center services.
- Collaborate with ECC colleagues to optimize communication effectiveness, particularly for patients with long waiting times.
- Work closely with services to update communication preferences and discuss needs for specialty-specific pre- and post-appointment patient questionnaires.
Requirements
- Technical experience in managing NHS systems, such as Careflow, Netcall, and PKB.
- Experience in dealing with patients, either directly or indirectly.
- Experience in validating an RTT pathway.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with RPA.
