Project Manager Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Prosperon, a leading IT Operations Management company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client implementation projects within timescales, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with clients and engineers to align engineering resource to project delivery timescales
  • Working with Technical Director to align technical skills to projects
  • Ensuring that engineers work to their targets, balancing customer needs with engineers work/life balance
  • Managing Travel/Accommodation budgets
  • Maintaining central visibility and understanding of active project status
  • Managing a small team of Project Support Officers
  • Acting as central client liaison, maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a point of escalation for clients involved in the implementation of projects
  • Engaging in project reviews
  • Ensuring good communication is maintained for each and throughout project engagements
  • Maintaining Risk/Issue register
  • Maintaining Change register and acting as bridge to Account Manager on work items requested outside of agreed Statement of Works
  • Creating and managing our Project Implementation Plans
  • Review project documentation to ensure quality of documentation presented to customers is meeting standard
  • Review CRM usage across team and highlight corrections where required
  • Ensure PS team have the required resources to deliver assigned project engagements
  • Provide monthly reporting to internal management

Requirements
  • PMP/Prince 2 or similar Project Management certification
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
