Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Internal Sales Executive to join our team at The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our product and service offerings within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth from existing accounts.
  2. Regularly communicate with existing customers to provide updates on new products, features, and services.
  3. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from current customers.
  4. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Account Manager to align on account strategies and ensure seamless hand off of identified opportunities.
  6. Create and manage customer development plans.
  7. Deal with telephone calls and email enquiries.
  8. Track and analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for growth.
Your Background:
  1. You will ideally need previous B2B experience.
  2. You will be a logical problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  3. You will be comfortable on the phone as well as in a face to face setting and have good presentation skills.
  4. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience, 22 days holiday plus banks, access to wellbeing services, and free parking.
