Telemarketer

**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team position with Oakhouse Foods Branch in Dorset.**

Working out of the business in Verwood in a small friendly team, we are looking for someone to join our super telephone sales team. Must have a keen eye for detail & sense of humour, combined with the ability to talk to, and have empathy with our over 60s customer base is essential. The role is office based and will involve occasionally helping out with other areas of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Contacting new enquiries in a timely manner
- Building a relationship with our repeat customer base
- Maintaining the customer database to a high standard
- Communicating with the warehouse, drivers and other areas of the business
- Working efficiently with Head Office on customer campaigns

**Skills**

Customer Service orientated
- Caring and professional telephone manner
- Proficient with inputting data and maintaining a customer database
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Team player who can help in other areas of the business when needed
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft packages

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
