We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd in Abingdon. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers interested in our developments, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
- Proactively contact customers to provide information and answer questions about our developments and the lifestyle they offer.
- Work closely with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
- Show customers apartments and provide detailed information about the site, including floor plans, apartment designs, and interior offerings.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer relationship skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed. Previous new homes sales experience, particularly in the retirement market, is highly desirable.
You will be a calm and supportive communicator, able to handle customer queries and concerns with ease. A valid UK driving license is also essential for this role.
