We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our global procurement function, you will be responsible for leading on senior stakeholder engagement, overseeing negotiations with new and existing suppliers, and managing sourcing projects across Raw Materials, Chemicals, and Commodities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead on senior stakeholder engagement with Directors and VPs to drive procurement strategy and goals.
- Oversee negotiations with new and existing suppliers to drive bottom-line value and improve procurement capability.
- Manage sourcing projects across Raw Materials, Chemicals, and Commodities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement procurement strategy and drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years' procurement experience with direct materials/commodities, such as chemicals, ingredients, packaging, beverages, or pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to influence at senior levels in a fast-moving industry/company environment.
- Prior experience leading negotiations and implementing procurement strategy.
