About the Job:

As a Change Management Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Change and Release in a Demanding Environment: You will lead the delivery of Release Management and ensure that all changes are properly planned, executed, and documented.
  • Leading Release Management: You will be responsible for leading the delivery of Release Management, ensuring that all releases are properly planned, executed, and documented.
  • Development, Testing, or Configuration Management: You will have experience in development, testing, or configuration management, and will be able to apply this knowledge to lead our Change and Release Management processes.
  • Digital Service Delivery: You will have experience working within digital service delivery/continuous delivery environments and will be able to apply this knowledge to lead our Change and Release Management processes.
  • Agile Development/DevOps: You will have experience working within Agile Development/DevOps environments and will be able to apply this knowledge to lead our Change and Release Management processes.
  • ITIL Service Management: You will have experience working with ITIL service management good practices, particularly Change and Configuration Management, and will be able to apply this knowledge to lead our Change and Release Management processes.
  • Service Management Tools: You will have experience working with Service Management tools and will be able to apply this knowledge to lead our Change and Release Management processes.

Requirements:

  • Active SC Clearance: You will hold active SC clearance.
  • Proven Change and Release Management Background: You will have a proven Change and Release Management background, with experience in managing change and release in a demanding and complex environment.

Location:

This role is based in a hybrid working environment, with the option to work from home or in one of our offices.
