Job Role: BMS Project Engineer

As a BMS Project Engineer, you will have proven experience in project management, from design to handover. Your responsibilities will include designing, specifying, costing, and managing BMS projects, including major upgrades and refurbishment works. You will also be responsible for subcontractor management, project planning, and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage BMS surveys, audits, and data gathering activities
  • Review subcontractor/supplier drawings and technical submittals for compliance
  • Plan and coordinate site surveys, audits, and data gathering activities
  • Deliver projects in the public and private sectors, preferably in NHS, Government, and local Authority environments
  • Commercial and financial management of BMS projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working on BMS Controls projects in a multi-disciplinary project team
  • Experience of delivering projects in both the public and private sectors
  • Industry standard Electrical qualifications and/or competencies
