Job Title: Earthworks Project Manager

Howard Civil Engineering Limited is a leading civil engineering and groundworks contractor working with some of the largest names in the industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Earthworks Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate earthworks projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate a team of site managers, engineers, and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in earthworks project management, preferably in the civil engineering and groundworks industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
