Job Description

Job Title: Service Engineer - Water Industry

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at a leading water company. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining a range of large mechanical equipment, pumps, control panels, and pipe installations in the industrial, commercial, and municipal water sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain large mechanical equipment, pumps, control panels, and pipe installations
  • Work on a range of equipment, including pumps, control panels, and pipework
  • Get involved with project work and PPMs (Predictive Maintenance Programs)
  • Work alongside and support another engineer, typically an electrical team member
  • Install and wire up control panels, fit pipework, and get involved with project work and PPMs

Requirements:

  • Service Engineer (NVQ level 2/3 or above, or equivalent)
  • Pumps experience
  • Electrical NVQ level 3 HNC (or equivalent) if electrical experience is limited
  • Mechanics (HGV, Cars), Manufacturing, Plant, Pump, Pipe fitting backgrounds
  • Full UK Driving licence
