As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced X-ray, CT, and MRI systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout your local region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and maintain X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
  • Install and repair X-ray equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex challenges and seizing opportunities to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with our national team of engineers to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors.
  • Qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience, with a flexible approach and determination to resolve complex challenges.
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer-facing environments.
  • Full UK driving license.
