Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Finning (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our field service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service requests and diagnose issues with Caterpillar products
  • Provide comprehensive quotes and repair estimates to customers
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to resolve technical issues
  • Utilize industry-leading software and repair techniques to ensure efficient and effective repairs
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained with NVQ Level 3
  • Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge
  • LDV driving license
  • Experience working with a variety of construction and static machines
