**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate and supervise the domestic team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the care home.

• Maintain attention to detail and ensure that all areas of the care home are kept to the highest standard.

• Ensure that all domestic tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Supervise and train staff to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to carry out their duties.

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas of the care home are cleaned regularly.

• Monitor and maintain the condition of all cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly and that the care home is kept free of clutter and mess.

• Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure that the care home is maintained to the highest standard.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in a similar role.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work flexibly and be available to work at short notice.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
