About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Arc School Napton, part of Kedleston Group Ltd. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children with communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload and work flexibly to provide therapy services to pupils according to clinical need.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, staff meetings, supervision, training, and annual appraisals.
  • Contribute to the development of the learning environment and support program to improve and expand our offer to younger pupils and those with limited communication skills or being non-verbal.
  • Collaborate with other Speech and Language Therapists to support the development of Speech and Language Therapy services across the Kedleston Group.

About Us

Arc School Napton, part of Kedleston Group Ltd, is an independent specialist primary school in Napton, for children and young people aged between the ages of 5 and 11. We provide a safe learning environment for children and young people with educational and social needs associated with ADHD, attachment disorder, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. Some children have SEMH needs.
