This role is offered on a full-time basis of 40 hours per week, with flexibility for part-time candidates willing to work a minimum of 4 days weekly.
Your Role:
As a Language Development Therapist at Arc School Napton, you will play a vital role in our dedicated team, focusing on the needs of children and young individuals.
You will engage with students across the primary age spectrum, facilitating the assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for those with communication challenges.
Managing your own caseload, you will be expected to deliver therapy services tailored to the clinical requirements of each pupil.
Active participation in multi-disciplinary meetings, staff discussions, supervision, training, and annual reviews will be essential.
Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to enhancing the learning environment and support programs, aimed at improving our offerings for younger students and those with limited communication abilities or who are non-verbal.
The successful candidate will collaborate with fellow Language Development Therapists to advance the Speech and Language Therapy services throughout the Kedleston Group.
Clinical supervision will be provided by Senior Therapists within the organization or funded externally, based on individual needs.
