Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the pet care industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
