We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rhodium Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales forecasts within the wholesale and contractor markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer accounts, working closely with them to identify areas for mutual profitable growth.
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities, proactively seeking avenues for new business and converting these into profitable sales.
- Plan, forecast, and report on sales activity within your area against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve sales and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and driven individual with exceptional communication skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in an external sales role with responsibility for wholesale and contractor accounts.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Location:
The role will be based in the South of England, with a focus on covering the London and surrounding counties.
