About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based knowledge to inform care decisions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
