Service Advisor

Thrive Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team on a maternity contract in Box. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and conduct vehicle inspections to identify any issues.
• Provide detailed reports to customers and explain recommended repairs and services.
• Offer accurate estimates for repairs and services, and schedule appointments accordingly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
