Service Advisor

Thrive Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their team on a maternity contract in Box. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, identifying any issues with their vehicles.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers.
- Explain recommended repairs and services to customers, providing accurate estimates.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
