- Explain recommended repairs and services to customers, ensuring they understand the work required.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, taking into account customer preferences and budget.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus, but not essential.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- A competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
