Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a well-established new and used car dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers needing vehicle maintenance, converting these interactions into workshop appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Convert customer interactions into workshop appointments and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and ensure a high level of customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
