The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced senior leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Director of Certain Advantage. As a key player in our business, you'll be responsible for setting the strategic direction for our Certain Advantage brand, driving commercial growth, and leading our teams to achieve productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and influence our teams of Associate Directors to achieve productivity targets.
  • Conduct market research, evaluate opportunities, and develop business plans to drive commercial growth.
  • Take ownership of the business development strategy to grow our permanent and temporary recruitment offering.
  • Champion systems and processes to develop data-driven insights within the business area.
  • Work cross-functionally with peers in the Senior Leadership Team to drive overall organisation results.

Requirements
  • Experience as a senior people leader within a recruitment business with both permanent and temporary offerings.
  • Demonstrable new business wins through bids and tenders from start to finish.
  • Possess extensive experience using CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn.
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to develop business plans, recommendations, and ideas.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and at all levels to gain buy-in.
